ACCOMMODATIONS:
Discounted block of overnight rooms available at The
Roosevelt Hotel on a first-come basis. Call 1-212-661-9600,
refer to Atlantic Conferences Symposium, and request
discount. Discounted price available for stays between May 3
and May 9. Best to book early as we always run through our
block - the hotel usually adds more rooms to our block but
we can't guarantee that they will.
SUBSTITUTIONS
/CANCELLATIONS:
In order to receive a
prompt refund, your notice of cancellation must be received
in writing (mail or fax) 10 working days before the conference.
We regret cancellations cannot be accepted after that date.
However, your registration can be transferred to another
member of your company at any time prior to 8:30 AM on May
6. Please notify us in advance so that materials can be
prepared. All cancellations are
subject to a $210 processing fee. If Atlantic Conferences Inc. cancels an event,
it is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. |
